How does QueryForge work with QueryVault?
They're built to run together. QueryVault is the free extension where you save and organize your Keepa queries — and it's the panel you schedule QueryForge runs from, right next to Keepa. An active QueryForge plan removes QueryVault's free-tier limits, so your whole library is available to automate. If you already use QueryVault, QueryForge simply turns it into your scheduling cockpit.
Do I still need a Keepa subscription?
For the free tier (BYOK), yes — you use your own Keepa API key. On all paid plans, a Keepa token allowance is bundled in. You may still want your own Keepa Pro subscription for browsing, but QueryForge handles all your automated query execution.
What is a "credit" and how do I know how many I'll use?
One credit covers a typical search returning around 10,000 ASINs — but result size is flexible. Run broad searches or narrow ones, your call. Larger result sets draw more credits; smaller ones stretch your budget further. When you save and schedule a query, QueryForge shows you the estimated credit cost — so there are never surprises. Your balance is always visible in your dashboard.
How does the monthly credit budget work?
Instead of pacing your runs day by day, QueryForge gives you a monthly credit balance to spend however you like — run 1 query today and 50 tomorrow if that's what the week calls for. The only ceiling is the credits in your tier; how you use them across the month is entirely your call.
How is QueryForge different from just using Keepa?
Keepa is a powerful data engine — QueryForge is the automation layer that runs on top of it, scheduling, executing, and delivering results automatically every day. Think of it like adding cruise control to a car you already love driving.
What is "Run Now" and why does it matter?
Run Now lets you trigger any query immediately, jumping to the front of the execution queue. When you spot a trending niche or react to market news, you don't have to wait for tomorrow's scheduled run — you get fresh data within minutes. Free tier includes 1 Run Now per month; Starter 4×/month; Pro 12×/month; Power gets unlimited Run Now triggers — the runs themselves still draw from your monthly credit balance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings at any time and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. We're confident you'll stay because the results speak for themselves.
Where do my results go?
Query results are delivered as a CSV file, dropped directly into the storage destination you configure during setup — Google Drive, OneDrive, or an Azure Blob Container. You choose one at setup; QueryForge writes every result file straight there. Your data stays in your account, in your storage — we never hold onto it.
